	 Threat to the 440 MHz Amateur Radio Band  The FCC is considering a 
			proposal to use the
 430-440 MHz ham band for a global
 satellite network by the commercial company
 AST SpaceMobile.
 This system will cause harmful interference to the band
 not only 
			in the US but around the world if approved.
