FOX Hunt Yagi
Tuesday, August 2, 2005 - 6 PM at the Red Cross

Fox Hunt Yagi  (I'm Interested!)
Build a fox hunting style Yagi antenna from some PVC pipe and elements cut from a tape measure.  A hairpin match is placed across the center elements, and a coax cable and connector for your radio is attached.  This will be fantastic for this summers planned fox hunts!

A Soldering gun, tape measure, rubber dip for the ends, sma male connectors for RG-58, cutters, screwdriver, dremel, saw, and hookup wire, and pvc glue will be provided.

We need RG-58 coax and duct tape.

You'll want to pickup 3' (or more) of white 1/2" or 3/4" schedule 40 pvc pipe.
2 PVC Crosses, and 1 PVC-T to fit.  You'll also want to bring 6 hose clamps that
fit the crosses and T's.

If you cant figure out what parts you need to bring, come anyway, we'll work something out.

This is the yagi we will be constructing:
